Completed in January 2007 this 1.6 million square foot furniture convention facility is the second building in the World Market Center complex.  Built to meet the growing demand for more lease space needed within the furniture market, this building contains 15 floor of lease space with a grand event space on the 16th floor with spectacular views of downtown, the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding valley.  With its unique geometry and glass curtain wall this building is the focal point of the entire World Market Center complex.

Project Contributions:  Coordinated and prepared schematic design package, design development package, entitlements package, construction documents, leasing documents and interior design package.  Designed 15 story atrium escalator core and 10 story pedestrian bridge to building 1.  Completed all construction administration duties and building close out .
