Completed in December of 2012, Magnolia Bluffs Casino is a small boutique casino built in Natchez, Mississippi.  Built on a small bench of land reclaimed by the Army Corps of Engineers, much of the casino floor extends over the mighty Mississippi River.  Project consists of a 48,000 sf casino facility with 600 slot machines, 10 table games, buffet, fine dining restaurant, management offices and 350 stall parking garage.  A wrap around deck provides spectacular views of the Mississippi River and connects to a pedestrian boardwalk and park along the river.

Project Contributions:  Design development package, entitlement package, Historical board presentation package, Site plan layout and coordination with civil engineer, landscape architect, geotechnical engineer, soils engineer and Army Corps of Engineers.
