Montevista Behavioral Health Hospital is an existing 90 bed facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Under new ownership the client has decided to expand the existing facility by 52,000 sf which will include new patient wings, treatment rooms and two geriatric wings.  Designed by LS3P in Wilmington, NC, this single story facility will be constructed of concrete tilt panels and include 112 beds.  Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2013 with completion in Mid 2014.

Project Contributions:  Project Manager, Maintain project schedule, Entitlements and construction document packages, Specifications, Project coordination with client, project team, local jurisdiction and Nevada State Health and Human Services and Construction administration (near future).
