Willie Wonka

As I transformed my composition with each phase, a new tactic for incorporating the base surfaced.  Someone came up with the idea of extending the logic of their lines in such a way to form a cage around their composition.  Because the lines are an extension of the composition, they should be informed by the composition.  This means that their thickness should vary and that color should be transplanted on them.

This phase shows the initial development of the cage.  I achieved the varying line thicknesses, but misunderstood the color transplantation, which resulted in what my professor said looked like Willie Wonka craziness.  Throughout the rest of the project development, this particular phase was referred to as Willie Wonka, and so this became its title. I fixed the color issue in the subsequent stage, but this particular phase draws significant attention to itself.
