This was the first phase in the Mondrian Transformation project. I was given an image of one of Mondrian's paintings. I had to create a cube based off of this painting. One of the sides had to be this painting, and the other sides had to based off of the logic of this painting. This meant the lines and blocks of color of the other 5 sides had to follow the logic of the original painting. To do this, the lines from the original painting were translated to the rest of the sides. I picked the lines I wanted to use, keeping in mind that white had to be the predominant color and that the other colors had to be relatively the same size as the original painting.
In the next phase, this cube is transformed, and every other phase is a transformation of its previous phase.
