This premier aesthetic surgery practice resides in the newly completed Douglas Park Medical Office Park in Long Beach, CA., therefore the 1,500 square foot space needed to harmonize with the contemporary, state-of-the-art nature of the building. 

As a medical facility, the space required a thoughtful balance of comfort, efficiency and beauty, while exclusively utilizing finishes and fabrics that provide extra durability. Warm woods, brick and a neutral color palette define the space’s tranquility, and the crisp white waiting room and surfaces throughout add a simple sophistication. Special technological considerations were also required for the doctor’s Procedure Room, where Dr. Waltzman performs minor procedures and surgeries. 

An extraordinarily strong project team provided clear leadership and consistent communication throughout the design and construction phases, which proved especially crucial as Dr. Waltzman was living in the Midwest at the time. The end product is a space that will exude integrity and timeless beauty for years to come.
