Leading property management company Ezralow Co. is looking to revitalize Westlake Village Industrial Park, an aged office park adjacent to both Conejo and San Fernando Valleys. Situated on a beautiful, tree-lined corporate campus, the park is ideally situated to attract the desirable tech clientele in the area, but it’s outdated, 80s-esque aesthetics fail to fully accentuate the property’s many attributes. 

Currently in its pre-planning stages, the creative office campus will be rebranded as “The Campus at Westlake Village”, ushering in a new era of ambitious design and innovation to the area. As such, Kamus + Keller’s design vision is focused on a purposeful combination of color, contrast, harmony and balance, all rendered to help tenants more distinctly establish their unique business identity. Color-coordinated sculptural address towers will be placed at the entrance for easier wayfinding, while striking, pop-out structures to be added to the existing buildings will provide better visibility. Eyebrow awnings will allow for more individualized signage opportunities, and new outdoor spaces will promote interaction, engagement and wellbeing.
