Continuing our successful relationship with The Ezralow Company, Kamus + Keller is currently preparing a complete façade redesign for their Croft Plaza Apartments complex. The building has quite a bit in its favor, as it’s packed with amenities and situated in the heart of West Hollywood. Yet it’s 1980s stucco exterior leaves something to be desired in such a fashionable neighborhood that’s seeing an influx of millennials, and a dramatic increase in rental prices.

While budget is our client’s chief concern, we delivered a design that provides impact and style without any structural changes, thereby ensuring costs are kept low and the future timeline tight. Currently scheduled to begin construction in the fall, Croft Plaza will soon make a strong aesthetic statement in an area of Los Angeles increasingly known for its bold structures.
