Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager.

Below are the qualifications:


  • English: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 years of experience of supervising construction sites. 
  • Experience in renovation construction. Knowledge of all the construction phases. 
  • Experience doing supervision on different construction sites. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Gmail, Google docs.
  • Up to date driver's license.
  • Entrepreneurial, Self-starter. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Collaborative. Strong organizational skills to effectively and successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Maintain and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering or related to this field.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To plan and define the project stages, to allocate the resources to coordinate the project execution and to supervise their application at the client’s place.
  • To advise and assign the responsibilities to other team members while ensuring the follow-up of the plans, time-schedule and budgets.
  • To coordinate the production phase of projects.
  • Project management.
  • To provide efficient project management capacity and to comply with time-schedule.
  • To understand the various uses of multimedia software.
  • Manage development projects, either residential or commercial renovation, in Brooklyn, Manhattan or Westchester.
  • Managing deadlines and budgets.
  • Client management to keep them apprised of the labor on a weekly basis.
  • Material procurement.
  • Office operational assistance.
  • Collaboration with the designer for the labor/construction phase and technical conversations.
  • Any other activities that 2MO needs for its operation.
