We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning Marketing Department. The selected candidate will develop and coordinate marketing initiatives including proposals, presentations, social media, print and digital marketing material, award submissions, website maintenance, and often a combination of these. They will be a key partner in maintaining day-to-day operations of the Department. Our marketing coordinators work together and independently, often directly with firm leadership as well as design staff to bring marketing efforts to realization.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in architecture, design, or related field
• 3 years minimum professional experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collegial team
• Experience with leading proposal submissions and developing deadline-oriented deliverables
• Adeptness with time management and prioritization
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to create tailored graphic layouts as well as maintain graphic standards
• Fluency in critical software programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite); Database experience preferred (Deltek Vantagepoint, Open Asset
• Interest in Dattner’s mission, portfolio, and sectors
• Authorization to work in the US and English fluency

Compensation

At Dattner Architects, you'll find a workplace that nurtures your growth and celebrates your achievements. 

Salary $65,000 -$85,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.

Our flex policy includes a WFH day each week as well as two additional WFH weeks each year.
