We are seeking an experienced Project Leader with a minimum of 7 to  of experience to join our friendly and supportive culture of design professionals. Licensure is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION (Please read carefully)

  • Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Minimum 6 yr post profession degree experience in U.S. (After B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Strong design, communication and organizational skills to lead an A/E team through all stages of project design, documentation, construction, and project schedule management. 
  • Experience in all phases of project including CA. 
  • Excellent proficiency with REVIT [MUST]
  • Ability to coordinate MEPSP/Structure/Civil drawings. 
  • Ability to produce Construction Details. 
  • Ability to perform material/finish research in consideration of budget and constructability. 
  • Ability to perform ZR in NYC, all knowledge in BC, EN, ANSI A117.1, and basic IBC for other jurisdictions 
  • No remote position.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Excellent English Fluency, organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
  • Prefer experiences in NYC or Tri-state projects from schematic design, DOB filing through construction administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all aspects of assigned project(s).
  • Coordinating the design and technical aspects of the project.
  • Organizing internal design reviews and ensuring the design progress
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, and client's request.
  • Serving as primary liaison to clients, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to bring schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion.
  • Mentoring and developing other junior staff and team members.
  • Participating in presentations and meetings as needed and requested.
