Job Captain/Architectural Draftsmen

Temporary (+/- 6 months) project-based full-time Architect or Jr Architect/detailer  to assist in preparing documentation and execution of complex high-end residential renovations in NYC.

Work can be performed in person, possible remote,studio and site visits will be required in NYC.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• 3-6 years relevant experience
• Self-motivated, organized
• Design Sensibility, Interest in Architecture a must
• Communication skills - oral and written
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Sketchup 
• Must be eligible to work in the USA

Compensation commensurate with experience.
