The firm is experiencing growth with recent commissions including a major townhouse renovation/expansion, houses in California, public/educational work, and public realm improvements of significant modernist residential icons on Manhattan.

Requirements:
Professional Degree in Architecture
3-5 years post-professional work experience in Architecture. Software expertise: AUTOCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Revit, Adobe Suite
Strong 3d modeling, rendering, and representation skills. Demonstrated experience producing representation during the design phases of the project, including renderings, diagrams, and architectural drawings.
Demonstrating experience putting together drawing sets, executing drafting and CAD standards for various project types.
General knowledge and interest in consultant coordination, production of construction documents and filing documents (in NYC and other jurisdictions), analysis and interpretation of codes and ordinances.
Keen interest in learning and problem-solving. Ability to tackle new tasks and ask the right questions. Interest in writing/reviewing project specifications.
Interest and ability to progress and transition through multiple project scales and building typologies (fancy townhouses to public toilets).
Interest and ability to transition through multiple roles (documentation, design, presentation preparation, research, material selection, etc.)
Excellent communicator, demonstrating professionalism and kindness. Works well on a team and takes feedback and criticism productively.
Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Willingness to learn new tasks and help the firm grow.
