Pompadour, is a boutique pastry shop, a renovation, and transformation of an existing restaurant located in the Beverly Hills area. In addition to the standard bread, Pompadour is also dedicated to a large variety of french bread and danish pastries. The project takes advantage of the existing glass storefront to demonstrate a connection between interior & exterior and to highlight their various selection of pastries. And the minimalistic custom-made counter with a white body and glass showcase located in the center of the store creates a bespoke experience for pastries display.
