IT Architects designed the interiors for the Lendistry headquarters at The ROW in DTLA. Lendistry provides economic opportunities and progressive growth for small business owners and their underserved communities as a source of financing and financial education.

It was important to the client to maintain the raw feeling of the space while also providing an open collaborative workspace for the growing company’s staff for future expansion. The focus of the space is a central community area with hot desk seating and window counter desks, which act as both a large-scale group activity area and an overflow work area for visiting staff from their other offices. A variety of design strategies were used to create a warm, human-scaled office environment. The soft furniture partition, which can be freely combined through the center, can gently divide the space and create a flexible atmosphere in the different areas.
