500 and 700 Dickson Street are a pair of residential buildings in the 28-acre Garvies Point Waterfront Development at Glen Cove, New York. The project provides 55 workforce-housing apartments ranging from Studios to Three-Bedroom units. The buildings are built of wood-framed panelized construction with three stories cantilevered over a stone clad first floor. The project will achieve LEED Silver certification upon completion. The residents can enjoy indoor and outdoor amenities including a Lounge, Community Room, Exercise Room, Children’s Playroom and landscaped seating areas.
