The building has 315 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on ten residential floors above a double-heighted lobby. Residents have access to parking on the ground floor and two levels of below grade parking. The second floor, third floor and rooftop contain amenities including a fitness center, indoor pool with sauna, and rooftop amenity space, each with their own dedicated outdoor terraces.
