Horizontal and vertical addition to existing commercial building in New York's Garment District. Existing 12-story, 50' wide building is enlarged to 16-story and 75' wide building. Exterior wall to be reskinned with new curtain wall designed with custom projected fins. Project was developed through construction documents, however due to COVID-19, this project changed direction to a Residential development.
