A nondescript mid-century ranch house transformed into a "Mid-Century Modern" home with sweeping standing seam metal shed roofs and vertical cedar siding. The interiors feature soaring cathedral ceilings following the slope of the shed roof above. Gracious overhangs and plenty of glass define the new rear courtyard, blending inside and out for this modern home designed for a landscape architect and her husband.
