As part of an architecture competition, the project consisted of a preliminary proposal for a multi-functional building, that should be developed in the neighborhood of Braço de Prata, an area of the city marked by a recent real estate development generated by the international exhibition in Lisbon. The project included in the program the development of residential areas, commercial and offices, which should contribute to the revitalization of the area and the creation of new uses.
The proposal relies mainly on a concept that promotes a strong connection with the surroundings, taking advantage of the proximity to the city's waterfront. The building is developed in six floors, with the first two floors occupied by offices and business functions, and the remaining floors occupied by residential areas. The choice of materials aims to follow a line of continuity with the concept adopted. While shopping and office areas, as well as the service block, are almost completely translucent, being protected by a structure of wooden slats and glass, looking for obtaining transparency, the housing blocks were defined using white concrete where, despite maintaining large windows, ensures the privacy needed,  taking into account its residential function.
