This project uses parametric design to discern problems with the exponential growth of cities. The parameter, Simple and Complex, tries to merge intricate conditions with ordinary programmatic schemes. The project is divided in three phases: Creation of a Master Plan, Strategic approach to a specific site within the master plan, and a thoroughly completion of a Thalassotherapy center.

Master Plan:
The placement of different program on a vertical scheme creates vertical complexities that allows a deeper interactivity among its users. Instead of having specific buildings of specific programs, we arranged mixed program conditions and created different moments of different activities on every building.
