This project consist on Digitizing the main quad of the University of Chicago in order to accurately represent As-Built Plants and sections. The BIM Process was achieved by using two software programs: Autodesk Revit and Scene Lt. Both are crucial when working with High Definition 3D Laser Scans and Point Clouds.

Phase I - Consists of the representation of the exterior shell Architecture

Phase II - Representation of the Interior Architecture of the building along with its mechanical services.
