Historic Construction Documents

Anyone know where you can find original or copies of historic construction documents? Need to see some for research on a project.

i'm working with some this summer. i'm working for my city government so i'm surrounded by historic blueprints everyday. the public can usually gain access to these types of things at the city archive. you might want to try and contact your city government and see if there is an archives building that holds this type of stuff.

check with the Historic American Buildings Survey. They may or may not have the building(s) you're looking for, but if they do you can be certain the drawings will be top quality.
