I disagree with Israel. I think LB is pretty cool. I've lived in Chicago, NYC, and now Long Beach. It's very diverse, escpecially for Southern California. It's not as pretentious or homogenous. Plus El Dorado Park is across the street and it's awesome. It's near all the freeways and minutes from the ocean. Is not too suburban and not too urban. It's Not too LA and not too OC. I'll post some picks after we've moved in.

congrats. i lived in hermosa while going to ucla - and i got to know long beach a little. i agree with your comments above.

I'm seriously looking into buying one in Long Beach. What are your thoughts about these homes?
