Water Tower One

Searl Lamaster Howe was commissioned to design the refurbishment of these two 3-bedroom units at the Ritz Carlton Residences. Both units feature a sophisticated palette of materials anchored by dark ash floors.

The plans, each a mirror image of the other, were given distinct variations including a home office in the south facing unit, and a media room opening to the main living space with glass doors in the north facing unit.

These two units were developed with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty to be sold as turn-key units.

The waterfall edge on the end of the central island creates a visual connectivity from the kitchen into the dining room.

Contrasting mill work highlights the cooking surface in the open concept kitchen.

A wet bar was included with a hidden fridge in the living space. As an extension of the open kitchen concept, this provides a unique space in the condo to elevate the ability to host and socialize with guests.

A modern soaking tub was included in the design to give a spa-like quality to the master bathroom.

The brass accent tiles pull from the subtle gold tones in the calacatta bluette marble stone counters, which match the floors throughout the master bathroom.
