321 North Clark Law Offices

Moving from a traditional closed office suite in the Monadnock Building, a key goal of this law firm’s move to River North was to inhabit a space that more accurately reflected the open and collaborative spirit that distinguishes the company.  The glass walls of the private offices that line the windows of the L-shaped space have been detailed for acoustical isolation but still instill a transparency to the entire suite.  Through these walls natural light is pulled into a core communal space which has been outfitted with a variety of flexible, communal furnishings. A soft color palette in the private offices and corridors plays off hues from surrounding buildings.  Views of the iconic Marina Towers and Leo Burnett Building are strategically framed.  The subtle pattern shifts in the carpet parallel the Chicago River to the south. Bolder accents anchor the reception, conference and lounge spaces.
