KAHN architecture developed the design for several Weill Cornell medical offices throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, including this Obstetrics and Gynecology facility, located in the Woolworth Building. The design sought to bring to life the client’s desire to have a restorative and calming, environs mixed with sophistication and style, bringing a fresh look to the medical concept. The team implemented high-end finishes, medical grade furnishings, sleek accents and a flexible design. The special design feature of a living green wall creates an inviting sanctuary. Mobile furniture can be moved to transform the reception area into a prenatal yoga studio.
