KAHN architecture developed the corporate office headquarters for  Richemont, North America the parent company to over 20 high-end jewelry and fashion brands, including Cartier and Chloe. New design standards across five floors, at 25,000 square feet each, were implemented with an additional 30,000 square feet in Connecticut. The floor plans include executive offices, boardrooms and conference rooms, reception areas, mailrooms, pantries, a data center, jewelry and watch repair workshops.  Standards were also established for core toilets, and showrooms and common elevator corridors.  The project was phased from design through to construction over a 2-year period.
