KAHN architecture was hired to develop the design for this capital investment firm. Our design sought to create an open workplace that allowed natural light to frame the built environment. The office consists of a combination of perimeter and interior private offices, spacious benching stations with a balance of private collaborative spaces, a large reception area, and kitchen pantry. Lighter millwork details at office fronts were utilized to allow more daylight in. A subtle palette of finishes is used throughout including warm influences of walnut and limestone, organic-looking carpet tile and a clean, simple execution of lighting with minimal fixtures.
