KAHN architecture was hired to assist with the relocation for this investment advisory and research firm with an aggressive growth strategy. The project included identifying the feasibility of several workflow scenarios. Starting with a raw space, an open floor plan is situated around a central core of glass-enclosed training rooms, interview areas, classrooms, several pantry/café areas, and an IT room, maintaining a light-filled setting that offers flexible arrangements and opportunities to convene.  We filed the project with professional certification coordinating with an expeditor, to ensure move in within 6 months from the start of design.  Expansion is in process to another floor to accommodate growth.
