This 45,000 SF life sciences incubator provides technology transfer R & D labs for start-up companies focusing on plant science research. Support from Monsanto and local academic, research, and business communities, provide these “start-up” entrepreneurs with a range of services and expertise to transform their company from concept to commercial enterprise; Project was completed in 2000. Awarded Silver LEED Rating as one of the 10 projects certified under  LEED rating system as part of the US Green Building Council's Pilot Program; Awarded Missouri AIA Honor Award for Design in 2000.
