Summit Lodge renovations took place in two phases.  The first phase consisted of renovations to the ticket office and ski shop, a ski school addition, 2,000 sf heated patio, exterior grill, and window replacements.  The second phase consisted of renovations to the Vista Room which will house corporate functions and weddings.  Total construction cost was around $3,500,000.  The project was completed between seasons. - Produced construction documents, and gained CA experience.
