Overlooking the dynamic Ferry Terminal and farmers market plaza, the new offices of this San Francisco Venture Capital Investment firm are thoughtfully designed to connect with the incomparable views and energy of the San Francisco Bay. The 12,000 sq. ft. space was programmed for a headcount of 40, with space for team members from the firm's New York, London, or Menlo Park offices to work and collaborate—both in-person and virtually. The space incorporates a variety of areas for meeting and socializing for their in-house team and for the teams of their portfolio companies—from board meetings, to design workshops, to catered meals. Versatility and multi-functionality was top of mind in the design process. An additional 3,000 sq. ft. hospitality suite facing the Embarcadero was designed to support larger team gatherings and private events.
