Complete renovation of the historic St. Vincent Hospital Campus located in West Village into a residential multi-building project
The development adaptively reuses some existing buildings due to their historical and architectural merit, as well as adds new structures to the site.

As part of the team of Estudio LIBOVICH, I worked in kitchen and bathroom drawings at the following different phases: CD progress, Accessibility review, Issue for Construction and Bulletin submissions. Also, I assisted with ADA, Interior, Electrical Consultant coordination and DOB ( filing & Zoning).
