Two Stories, 90,000 SF Casino, 655 SF Retail, 8 Dining Outlets and 3,000 Parking Spaces.
Conceived as an attraction and entertainment for the local citizens, this casino has 2 special features: the historical façade, which has been meticulously researched and detailed to emulate the flavor of St. Louis at the World’s Fair and the gaming area which has been constructed as a river boat floating in a pool, due to the State’s gambling regulation.
I worked on this project remotely from Argentina and in the BWA office. As Job Captain, I was involved in the CD’s and specifically focused on the coordination of the façades and wall sections.
