A 3-story ,four-star hotel, outside the city of Buenos Aires. The project involved 66 suites, a convention room, a restaurant, a business center, a spa, two swimming pools (interior and exterior), a small shopping mall and a parking area.
I worked with HJ’s Architect from the Schematic Design phase through Construction Documents.
It was one of the first Argentinean projects completely developed in a BIM platform.
My role was to coordinate the design process including CD’s; Architectural, MEP and Structural Revit models for collision reports; coordination with consultants and quantity take-off for budgeting.
