White House

Natural resources – This home was designed to take full advantage of the natural resources of the site; Daylighting, Natural Ventilation, Storm Water Control, and Solar Power. The home’s “U” Shape form helps to address all programmatic, as well as passive requirements. The Great Room is running north-south capturing views to the outdoors, as well as defining the generous outdoor space that can be viewed, accessed, and enjoyed from various points throughout the home.

Project Concept - The intent is to design a series of Contemporary Farm Homes that will meaningfully merge design, science, technology, and construction - to create architecture that will enhance everyday life by taking a holistic approach to the design and construction process.

These Homes redefine the suburban homes by having it artfully engage with the landscape. Mindful of budgetary considerations, theses homes have been designed to be functional and cost-effective, yet aesthetically appealing and environmentally conscious. Simply stated – These series of homes merge the understanding of architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, and the environment.
