New York City – A 17-story co-operative apartment building (Built in 1929) located near Jackson Square Park in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan. This one bedroom, one Bathroom apartment includes a large Living Room with a wood-burning fireplace will be fully renovated to address the client’s current needs.   

Design Concept – To create a connectivity between the interior and the park.  By using colors, patterns, and light this will extend a person’s vision to the outside and make the spaces seem larger. Another goal, by keeping an overall neutral color scheme with white walls and natural wood floors a quiet, calm, modern spaces will be created. Finally, given the apartments orientation on site the spaces will be flooded with natural light all day.     
  
The furniture pieces and custom millwork will be a compliment to both the overall feel of the spaces and the exterior visual clues.
