Dallah Albaraka Group hired GKV Architects to design the company's new headquarters.  Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the site is the current home for a city science center.  Instead of renovating the existing structure, Dallah wanted to erect a building that would become a main player in the Jeddah skyline, asserting the company's dominance among Saudi businesses.  With the Red Sea as a neighbor to the west, the proposed tower would enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, as well as the desert to the east and downtown Jeddah to the south.  The 40,000 square meter complex would house the executive offices for Dallah, a convention center, restaurant, spa, hotel, and luxury condominiums.
