Designer and Project Architect for the development of the first residential building under the West Chelsea Rezoning Act. Consulted with City Planning and the Parks Department to develop a massing that satisfied both agencies’ strict requirements, which set the precedent for all future projects along the High Line. A 12- story residential property with retail at the ground floor, 500 W. 23rd St. provides 111 luxury rental units and 10,000 sf of retail space.
