Architectural Strategy, Design and Acquisition for the Empire State Development Corp. which was later used for the NYC-HQ for UNICEF. Including multi floor internal stair this fast tracked project was completed with a team from Cannon Design NYC on a fast tracked 12week schedule and included a data center design and specification.
