Bridgman's View Tower is Part master plan, part waterfront redevelopment, the center piece of the northern liberties fish-town neighborhood has seen proposals for a variety of new tower for entertainment, hotel and housing.
Bridgman's View Tower is a strategic parcel located at the entry of Philadelphia from New Jersey. The acquisition and development will yield 2,000,000 sf ft of a mixed-use property that will include research and development, medical condos, retail and workforce housing.
The team of local unions, community coordinators and entrepreneurial professionals will eventually occupy this project site as the centerpiece of a new city that will transform the Delaware river waterfront for the future.
