Renovation of 600rms and Addition of 120units of the 1929 Emery Roth Structure to create a Prototype for a trendy business class hotel. the 210,000sf property was also used as the basis for the AIA-CAD standards which involved both Existing and new construction standards for documentation of design standard benchmark for the industry.
