Visualiztion of 600 unit mixed-use master planned community to be the premier Arab-Israeli neighborhood that used passive solar and eco-friendly features to provide shaded streets and a village like feeling in a newly constructed development.
Each home with a central courtyard shared with 3 other homes provided semi-public space and each townhouse had multiple levels to accommodate larger and extended families.
