Project Brief
There is a long history of designers & architects who have worked through their agendas within the confines of a room before elaborating those concepts in to a larger scaled architecture. The room is the space in which you invent & combine your findings, where you transgress which you can construct your own identity. It is a space in which you can construct your own identity. It’s the world which you define, constrains, shape & design. It has a physical constraints but limitless creative opportunities.
Abstract
Derived from Neil Denari’s installation called ‘Interrupted Projections’, this project creates a digital
experience for the user using a physical space. The room works with a physical three dimensional pixel as a unit. Each pixel moves according to its magnitude provided by the computer. These pixels have and change its colour according to the RGB colour coding.
The images that are projected in the room are the based on Los Angeles’s top photographs on the social media. Hence, the user can fi nally have a digital experience one achieves from a Social Media, by a mere physical projection and mechanism.
