Built at the edge of the town of Budva on the Adriatic shore of Montenegru, area that experiences a booming development, the trimaran of the 15.000 square meters residential building seems to have landed between the mountains and the sea. The green, stepped terraces of the building mirror a typically Mediterranean feature, and seem to be a piece of mountain lifted in the air, in contrast with the smooth, open, light-coloured walls.
The gated courtyards offer access to high quality second-residence apartments ranging from medium-sized to luxury. The basement hosts parking facilities for all the apartments. The building is characterised by a terraced roof, full of greenery and offering outstanding views of the sea, the town and the mountains. It combines fully private areas with generous common facilities like pools, jaccuzzis, bar and barbeque areas. Sun-shadding canopies create a pleasant, protected atmosphere and ensure an amount of energy-saving.
The irregular geometry of the building, due to an irregular site, is designed to use all the available surface in the most efficient way enhanced by the use of an innovative, intelligent structural solution.
