I acted as the Senior Project Architect from the beginning of the schematic design phase until the end of the design development phase. My duties included coordination with all consultants, stakeholders / clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and the general contractor. As well, I acted as the production architect in and worked in a two and three person team.

Project Description:
The project concept is to create center for global learning which aggregates a complex pedagogy into a physical form while maintaining the look and feel of the adjacent campus. The programming, although still in the works, involves a dining hall / conference center, a series of offices and conference rooms, a large commercial kitchen with four different international food options, and I dormitory broken into several language cohorts where each cohort center's around it's own gathering point. There are approximately 200 beds in seven pods with an apartment at the center of the pod for the language leaders. At the ground level of the language dormitory, called the Language Immersion Residence Hall, the university provide a large shared kitchen for personal student use which acts as a gathering space outside of the larger dining hall.
The project is currently in the Design Development phase and will likely start construction in July of 2025.
