Showroom Restyle

This showroom restyle has provided a comprehensive reorganization of the interior spaces.
The service area is not dedicated to the reception of customers, so we compress it in the north area optimizing spaces and eliminating unused slots.
Searching a separate management of customers and employees flows was limited by the amount of accesses: two preferential paths but not strongly separated to create a distance between flows.
Modelling of exhibition and sale space aims to promote the showroom area, thus creating a comfortable and nonoppressive space.
The customer area is planned as several functional zones in order to make a direct connected space: the entrance area to the exhibition area, the contact area and the sales agent.
Using the existing pillars, we create a brand new sales area with a large counter which is designed by us thinking of vertical walls in light grey corrugated sheets.
Being a sales structure connected to a company that produces steel and polycarbonate products, in this
project we enhance these products using them to create furniture, as well as the counter design.
The division between customers and employees paths is achieved through a double layer of polycarbonate, only partially transparent, which houses LED spotlights: in this way we modelled
luminous object to welcome clients.
The exhibition area is planned to show several types of products with different dimensions, so we thought
to wall displays made by corrugated white steel sheets with polycarbonate shelving.
The counter is lit by a hanging lamp made from a double corrugated steel sheets with a matte orange paint, able to hold LED spotlights with neutral light.
The sliding doors of the division with sales ofices are made of metal frames and polycarbonate panels, inside the transparent panels there are light coloured bamboo cords.
