So after 2 afternoons of hand drawing, documentation and investigations the students prepared to present their findings. The work was pinned up in the living room of the guest house that some of the students were staying in. We called on local professionals, architects Erskine Rose and Michael Lashley as well as architectural designer and artist Israel Mapp to critique the efforts of the students. We were also joined by recent graduates interested in seeing the initial investigations.
The level of investigation was felt to be sound and reflected the relatively short period of study. The quality of sketches were high as was the representation of the research.
