This new mixed-use development includes 26,000 square feet of ground level retail and a combined 303 one and two-bedroom apartments. The complex was built in two phases with 248 units in the first phase at 1900 Arch Street, and 55 units at 1924 Arch Street in the second phase, each address having its own entry lobby and elevators. Residents in both addresses share all amenities including a fitness center, lounge, courtyard, roof deck, and on-site parking.
This building was built using modular, panelized structural walls and façades, highly energy efficient heating and cooling systems, as well as green roofs to reduce solar heat gain and mitigate storm water run-off. This project was awarded Delta Associates’ prestigious “Best High-Rise Apartment Building” in its regional Annual Apartment Awards category.
